The KHT Series Calibration Generators are designed to perform accurate low-frequency (LF) and DC adjustments of high-voltage probes. These adjustments are essential when a probe is connected to an oscilloscope for the first time and should be done under actual test voltage conditions to ensure optimal performance.
Models like KHT1000D and KHT6000D support both LF and DC calibration, while the KHT6000C is tailored for LF-only adjustments. These calibrators generate square wave and DC outputs with short rise/fall times, enabling precise evaluation and calibration of even high-speed high-voltage dividers.
Each generator offers positive and negative polarity outputs without re-cabling the probe. Voltage outputs are digitally displayed and adjustable in multiple ranges for fine-tuned calibration tasks.
Optional remote-control units and PC interfaces (USB/GPIB) allow automated setup in lab environments. For safety, the models can also integrate an interlock control cable to connect with protective test enclosures.
